ABOUT US

The Projeto Anima Jam is a collective of animation events and projects, with the aim of connecting and strengthening the independent animation community throughout Brazil.

 

We emerged in 2018, through volunteers from the Animation graduation course in the Federal University of Santa Catarina, with the idea of holding events to create more animated shorts within the course.

With each event, the project took on greater proportions, until it became available to the whole of Brazil in 2020.

​

Nowadays, we work in the production of competitive and non-competitive animation events, as well as creating authorial short films with the community.

​

We also produce interviews, documentaries and making-ofs of people and projects in the community and in industry.
